Returns

Arghhh!!!  You purchased something that doesn't fit or wasn't what you were expecting and you want to return it to us.  Not a problem!  We have a generous return window for you...

  • Boutique items (non Red Aspen...see below for more info) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for US customers and issued a refund in the form of a Violet Rain Boutique store credit. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return promptly and it can be used on any future purchase and never expires. 
  • Items received must be in original condition- CLEAN, UNWORN, UNWASHED, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND/OR WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED.  Any pet hair or stains including deodorant, makeup, tanner or lotions will not be accepted. 
  • Sale items marked down 30% or more are final sale.
  • If an item is damaged, Violet Rain Boutique will replace the item at no cost to you.  We must be notified within 3 days of receiving the damaged item.  Replacement is contingent on a replacement item being in stock. 
  • Violet Rain Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  You are responsible for providing us with an accurate address.  We add tracking to all packages.  
  • We provide this extra-long return window because we know life can get crazy.  Please understand that we are a small boutique and cannot accept returns received after 30 days.  Any package received after this date will be send back return to sender.
